I was having a bit of an art block and was whining about it. *Pimpypants said 'draw Katsuichi'! ...so there ya go XDDD

Pffft. So what to say? *is still dazed after working on this picture for the last 8 hours*

For not knowing what I was going to do for a background I actually really like how it came out. I'm still a little about my colouring skills and I'm disappointed with myself in that respect, but I like the end result. I just wish I could get a better grasp on light and shadow for crying out loud.

I tried something new with Usagi's fluff, since I don't care how bad-ass you are; a rabbit is and always will be cuddly (even when they kick giant gashes into your arm *has bad experiences* ).

Little Usagi is srs >[ Katsuichi-sensei is telling him why he's sucking (as he tends to do). XD Katsuichi is one of those difficult people to have as a mentor or teacher because they are NEVER satisfied, and when they are they often won't praise you as much as you feel they should. But he's a nice guy, he's just a hard person to please.

In his defense though, he never really intended to train Usagi in swordsmanship Usagi just wouldn't leave him the hell alone until he did.

I have difficulty understanding him, but it's obvious he's a good guy. Although I find him to be one of those 'people' who you always question whether they just put up with you, or if they actually LIKE you on some level and when you graduate and move on you're still not sure.

Usagi is very fond of him though.

Oh yeah. They're outside Katsuichi's house hence the vegetable garden.

But now I'm rambling *is tired* This friggen picture kept me up till 3 last night after which I couldn't sleep at all anyway. Enjoy the pic.
